Formula:
Every 10 UAH = 1 Bonus Point, when user pays for the order 1 Bonus Point = 1 UAH. The bonus system applies to purchases on the website and in "My Bookshelf" bookstores. To participate in the "My Bookshelf" loyalty program, you need to be a registered user (on the website — in your personal account, in bookstores — by phone number at the checkout).
Payment:
When user wants to pay for part of the basket with Bonus Points, the formula is 1 Bonus Point = 1 UAH. No more than 30% of the order value can be paid with Bonus Points. Bonus Points cannot be used on orders where a discount promo code is applied, as well as on books with a discount. You can use accumulative Bonus Points to pay for any amount of the order, except UAH 1.
Charges:
After each new purchase, Bonus Points are credited to the user's bonus account the day after the order is placed, according to the formula: UAH 10 = 1 Bonus Point.
Bonus Points are not accrued for a purchase where a discount promo code was applied, as well as for purchased books with a discount. If the check included books with a discount and books at full price, Bonus Points will be credited to the amount of books at full price.
In case of cancellation of an order on the website, Bonus Points used in such an order will be returned to the user's bonus account within 3 working days.
If the user found that the day after placing the order (and its implementation by the online store or bookstore "My Bookshelf"), the bonus account on the site was not replenished with Bonus Points — contact the manager of the online store. After elimination of the malfunction (discrepancy of the specified phone numbers when registering on the website and in the bookstore, etc.), Bonus Points will be credited to the user's bonus account within 3 working days (provided that the order made meets the requirements of the bonus program).
