During the holiday period from November 30 to January 10, the delivery time may be extended due to a significant increase in the number of orders.
- Delivery is carried out at the expense of the recipient. Important! During the martial law, the risk of damage to books or non-receipt of the parcel - from the moment it is handed over by the "My Bookshelf" employee to the delivery service - is borne by the recipient.
- Payment is made on our website online without commission through the Liqpay service. Postpaid shipping option is temporarily unavailable. If you failed to make the payment on the website, the manager of the online store will call with further instructions.
- Delivery terms are standard according to the selected delivery service. If all the books from your order are available, payment has been made and all the necessary data for delivery has been filled in, we will not call you to confirm the order. In the event that not all ordered items are available, payment has not been made or there are not enough data for sending - our manager will call you to clarify the data.
- Delivery abroad is available. We ship books to the USA, EU and other countries. For this, the client must place an order, and "My Bookshelf" will issue an invoice for payment. *Please note that the price on the invoice will differ from the price on the website, as it also includes the cost of delivery.
